What we collect. Account details, career profile, resumes, assessment results, interview practice, applications and, for institution members, training attendance.

How we use it. To provide career tools, generate AI suggestions, and — only where you are enrolled or have applied — share relevant data with your institution or the employer you applied to.

AI processing. Resume and answer text is sent to our AI provider to generate results. We do not use your data to train models.

Isolation. Each institution and employer only sees data it is authorized to see. Every access-controlled table is protected by row-level security.

Your rights. Export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings. Designed with India's DPDP Act and similar laws in mind.
